Danish cookies?

At first, I wanted to add Danish butter cookies into the game.

take a look below

But, there's a lot of complications that can arise from this being added.

I think it is best that I add Danish cookies in the 3rd major update. This coming update will not be having Danish cookies.

Difference between watercolor and oil based painting

I know there's a difference. And now I'm quite torn between the two.

I love watercolor. And recently I did painting using Procreate app and used their oil based brushes.
Stark difference.

Take a look.

I like both. But to mix them up seems a bit jarring. I don't know.

But I quite like this one. It's done in procreate. Using their oil based brush. Procreate doesn't have good watercolor brush like Tayasui Sketches. Sad.

Stars does not equal macarons

Hi everyone! Thank you for playing Mon Petit Croissant.

A frequent question I get is why can't I unlock level 42? I have already gotten 3 stars for all levels."

Firstly, sorry I did a bad job in putting meaningful instructions in the game.
I wanted it to be light on words and more on game.

Anyway please check your stars from level 15 to 41. Go to the hall of stars.

Only the FOX can give you the stars.

Another French pastry to be added

I'm making room inside my bakery. The bakery in the game Mon Petit Croissant that is! haha

So the simple crêpes will be added to the game. This will make use of the honey that you would have gotten in the game if you managed to collect a certain number of stars from the fox.

Work on adding more levels to Mon petit Croissant is underway

I am going to add more levels to Mon Petit Croissant because I'm in love with this game.

This here is the clafoutis. I'm thinking about how best to fit this into the game.
Certain things in the game need to be removed.

Maybe.

Why I made the Baguette look more like a Bâtard

In the Mon Petit Croissant game, you can bake the french bread baguette. Baguette are long and skinny. However I intentionally made the baguette to look more like the Bâtard because I needed it to fit inside the game nicely.
If you don't know about Bâtard, it's similar to a baguette, just that it is fatter and shorter but it makes for a good sandwich :)
Bâtard means bastard in French which roughly means that it's the somewhat inferior version of the real deal.

NIGHTINGALE

I remembered this particularly humorous scene from the show called Friends when I had the idea of the new game I am thinking of making.

very funny.

What's next after Mon Petit Croissant?

I just had an idea about this a few days ago while I was finishing up the game.

The next project will not be a happy cheerful game.
This would be the first time I'm going into a serious tone game.
It is set during war time where bombs keep dropping everywhere and your job is to save people's lives.

The game will be called....

NIGHTINGALE

It's going to be a kickstarter project. More info to come.

Mon Petit Croissant Game out now!

Yes it is finally available for everyone to play!

It has been quite a journey to make this game. Being the only person to undertake such a project which I think would normally take 10 people to work on this. And it's finally done. 8 months of work, planning, thinking, drafting, drawing, sketching, listening and picking out the tunes. The amount of work that goes into this is tremendous.

I hope you enjoy this game. Enjoy it slowly and don't be in a rush to finish the whole game because there are quite a lot of things to achieve in this game.

Share it with your friends and family and have good fun.

I hope I have inspired you in one way or another through this game.

If I can do it. So can you.

Download it from the Google Playstore.
